Step 4. How to Process Your Frame Order

Collect Order Forms and checks that are returned to you from homeroom teachers or from the front office. |
- Verify that the checks are made out for the right price, including tax.
- Make sure that the checks are made payable to KidsArt Fairs.
- Please keep the Order Forms so you know which students pre-paid for frames.
- Complete the Order by entering the name of your school and the number of frames sold on the back of the envelope.

Enclose checks in the pre-paid envelope and mail via USPS. |
- Frames will arrive at your school approximately 3 weeks after your order is mailed.
- You will receive an email notifying you when the frames ship, along with your Voucher to shop for art supplies on the KidsArt Fairs Online Store.
