1. First Order Forms

• When you begin your artwork, send the first Order Forms home with the students. Ask each student to tell his/her parents/guardians about the art project and to show them the Order Form.
• Let them know the date that you need to have them returned to the school.
• Remind fellow teachers and staff that the students will be bringing Order Forms and checks to school…and that you will be collecting them.

2. Second Order Forms

• Send the second Order Forms home 4 weeks before your Art Show or the date you want to distribute the framed art. (Allow 2 - 3 weeks processing time from the date the order is mailed to KidsArt Fairs to the date the frames arrive at your school.)
• Tell your students that only 1 Order Form (along with a check) is necessary to return. Let them know the date that you need to have them returned to the school.
• Remind fellow teachers and staff that the students will be brining Order Forms and checks to school…and that you will be collecting them.
