Your event is over, congratulations on a job well done!

Some families may have missed the event, and to give them the opportunity to purchase a frame for their children’s artwork, send home the after the fair Thank You Flyers.

• These Flyers include an order form that will allow purchases up to 2 weeks after the event. Purchases made within that timeframe will be included in your fair earnings donation (IF a donation option was selected).
• Collect the returned orders and checks. Use the postage-paid envelope, included with the Thank You/Order Form flyers, to mail the orders to KidsArt Fairs.
• The orders will be mailed directly to the address on the form. You will not have to distribute orders.
