Art Fair Event

A. Boxes of frames, displays, and other support materials will arrive a day or two prior to your event.  You will need to make arrangements to store the boxes in a dry, safe place that is close to the setup until the day of your event.

A. A typical school with an enrollment of 500 students can set up its Art Fair in about 3 hours. We recommend that you have 1 volunteer per 100 students enrolled, with a minimum of 4 volunteers. It can be taken down in about 1 hour with the same number of volunteers.

A. KidsArt Fairs provides freestanding displays. Each display holds three frames and the displays are arranged on tabletops at the school. Your school just needs to supply tables.

A. Absolutely. This is a great time to display other “works of art” around the school or around the art gallery event.

A. Parent meetings and open houses are great times to host your Art Fair. Although the Art Fair produces revenue for the school, it is primarily an art enrichment program, and therefore, we do not recommend that you conduct this event in conjunction with fundraising events or programs.

A. One night is recommended, but the event may last more than one night. Your Art Fair District Representative will help you to determine the best dates and times.
